Our projects demonstrate where and how we create value. We focus on smaller and medium-sized residential developments in locations with real demand, clear economics and good transport services. Each project undergoes rigorous selection, risk management and budget control to ensure it is functional for future residents and stable for investors.

SOKOLOVSKA 48

A beautiful terraced house in Karlín, Prague, purchased after shares. We are preparing a complete reconstruction and extension of the house, construction procedures are currently underway. Construction and sale of units is planned for the second half of 2025.

ZITOMIRSKA 2

Purchase of 2/3 of an apartment building in a sought-after area of the Vršovice district. Our units are gradually undergoing renovation and are the subject of sale. The common areas of the building have also undergone renovation.

In an apartment building in Prague's Žižkov district, we are planning an extensive reconstruction and conversion of the entire building into residential housing with the aim of connecting it to the neighboring Vítkov hill, where a leisure area for athletes and families with children has been created.

Project for the reconstruction and conversion of an apartment building in Prague 3. The original intention was to build a total of 35 residential units and a loft conversion project with 6 apartments; the project was sold in 2021.

POLSKA 7

ROPF bought individual shares in a beautiful 19th century house in the residential area of Vinohrady near Riegerovy sady. The house was about to be renovated. The majority share was then sold to the development group SATPO.

Beautiful apartment building in the sought-after location of Vinohrady with magnificent views of Prague. The original 19 residential units were increased to a total of 23 residential units thanks to a valid building permit.

1ROPF purchased 3/4 of an apartment building in the lucrative part of Vinohrady. We successfully revitalized the lease structure, prepared a visualization of the attic extension, and subsequently sold our share to the co-owners.
