All personal data provided to the Controller is processed for direct marketing purposes in connection with the provision of our services related to real estate transactions, such as selling, purchasing, renting or managing properties. This data may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and other relevant information necessary to complete the transaction.

5. Processing of personal data
The personal data of the data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") will be processed until the consent is withdrawn in accordance with the applicable legal provisions of Act No. 499/2004 Coll. (Act on Archives and Records Service and on Amendments to Certain Acts) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR Regulation). Personal data will not be provided to any other third parties without the consent of the Clients, unless required by law. The personal data provided is secured against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration. Your data is stored in a secure environment and only authorized employees whose task is to process this data have access to it.
6. Client Rights
The right to access personal data means that the Client has the right to obtain information from the Personal Data Controller about whether their personal data is being processed, and if so, what data it is and how it is being processed.
The right to erasure of personal data represents the obligation of the Personal Data Controller to destroy personal data that it processes about the Client if the Client requests it. A request to erase personal data provided to the Personal Data Controller and to withdraw consent to their processing can be submitted via e-mail: fondy@qiis.cz.
The right to data portability gives the Client the opportunity to obtain the personal data he has provided to the controller in a common and machine-readable format. He can then transfer this data to another controller or, if technically feasible, request that the controllers transfer it between themselves.
If the Client is in any way dissatisfied with the processing of his/her personal data by the Personal Data Controller, he/she may file a complaint directly with him/her or contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.
